Terms & Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction.
• One person may hold only one player account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances frozen.
• Accounts are created by an authorised agent, distributor or admin. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your username and password confidential and change your password immediately if you suspect misuse. KingTime is not liable for losses caused by shared or compromised credentials.

• All play is conducted in points credited to your wallet by your upline.
• Deposit requests must include a valid payment reference or screenshot; points are credited after verification.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during working hours after confirming the requested amount is available and unencumbered by open bets.
• Incorrect payment details supplied by you may cause delays or irreversible loss; always double-check before submitting.

• Bets are accepted only before the published open or close cut-off time of a market.
• Once submitted, a bet is final. It cannot be edited, cancelled or refunded.
• Payouts follow the published rate table in force at the time the bet was placed.
• The market result published by the official result source is final for settlement.

• No collusion, syndicate play, bots, scripts or exploitation of technical faults.
• No abusive, threatening or fraudulent behaviour towards staff, agents or other users.
• Bets placed due to an obvious pricing, rate or system error may be voided and stakes returned.
• Violations may lead to suspension, forfeiture of winnings and permanent closure.

If a market does not declare a result, is cancelled, or the official source publishes a correction, affected bets are voided and stakes are returned to the wallets used to place them. Settlements already paid may be reversed to reflect the corrected result.

Agents, distributors and admins operate on agreed commission and profit-sharing percentages recorded in the platform. Settlements are calculated from actual stake and payout figures and must be cleared within the agreed cycle.

Raise any dispute within 48 hours of the transaction through in-app chat or support@kingtime.in, quoting the bet or transaction ID. Platform records are treated as the authoritative source. Management decisions after review are final.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, network outages, device failures or interruptions caused by third-party services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount held in your wallet.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
